Bundaberg just dropped the 4th release in their Warming Winter Series - a Peanut Butter Brittle Spirit that tastes like roasted peanuts in a glass. Perfect on its own… but we turned it into a PB&J-inspired whisky sour.
Here’s how to shake it up:
✨ 30ml lemon juice
✨ 45ml Bundaberg Peanut Butter Brittle Spirit
✨ 1 heaped spoon of raspberry (or strawberry) jam
Add everything to a shaker with ice, give it a good shake, and strain into a martini glass. That’s it
